This vegetable also relieves in the case of gastric and acid reflux thanks to the mineral salts it contains: sodium, chlorine, potassium but also vitamin B. If you suffer from this type of pathology, the consumption of this fruit is quite recommended. More generally, its high fiber content is a good remedy for constipation, because it simply increases the amount of stool. It is indeed a good diuretic. Its water constitution would also help eliminate kidney stones, and makes this vegetable a good supplement for people who suffer from water retention or edema.
